Job Summary

As a Prep Cook, you’ll prepare ingredients and meals, cook items according to kitchen instructions, and support smooth food service. You’ll help keep the kitchen organized and contribute to a consistent, welcoming experience for guests.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and meals by following recipes, portion guidance, and kitchen instructions.
- Cook and assemble menu items, keeping food preparation organized to support timely service.
- Handle food safely, maintain clean work areas, and follow food safety practices throughout each shift.
- Coordinate with kitchen colleagues and assist with serving or other food service tasks as needed.

Qualifications Required: Practical food preparation, cooking, meal preparation, and food handling skills, with the ability to follow instructions, maintain an orderly workspace, and apply food safety practices during kitchen tasks.

Preferred: Food service experience, including serving, and experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or the broader food industry are helpful strengths for contributing confidently to daily operations.

Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour
