The Principal

Engineer will redesign product delivery so people and AI agents collaborate in shared team spaces. You will connect models with company knowledge, codebases, APIs, and engineering systems while improving secure adoption.Key Responsibilities:

Identify software delivery bottlenecks using data and direct observationBuild and operate shared cloud agents and developer toolsAutomate planning, testing, review, rollout,



and feedback workflowsPilot solutions with product engineering teams and package guidanceImplement permissions, testing, recovery, tracing, and cost controlsRequirements:

8+ years delivering and operating production software systemsDeep knowledge of APIs, service architecture, scalability, and securityProficiency with Claude, Codex, or CursorAbility to turn ambiguous problems into working experimentsExperience helping engineers adopt tools or working practicesApply principal-level engineering judgment to advance AI agents, cloud platforms, and dependable software delivery at OpenTable.
