Lead Policy Administration System architecture at Intact through hybrid work, using Java, Angular, cloud platforms, and up-to-date engineering practices.This Principal Software Engineering role owns technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for Personal Lines’ mission-critical PAS. You will modernize a substantial Java platform, integrate Angular and enterprise systems, and create a credible path away from legacy. The mandate includes AI integration, data governance, security, and engineering excellence.Key Responsibilities:

Own target architecture and technical roadmap for scalable PAS modernizationIntegrate enterprise systems through APIs, microservices, and CI/CDEstablish automated testing and high-quality deployment practicesDefine reliability, performance, user satisfaction,

15+ years in software engineering and enterprise architectureExperience modernizing mission-critical PAS or comparable systemsDeep expertise in system design, integration, and data governanceProficiency in Java, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud architecturesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
