As Regional Manager at Desjardins, you’ll advance Private Wealth Management objectives across a territory spanning Ontario and Northwestern Quebec. You’ll coordinate with caisse, wealth management, business networks, Desjardins Business Centres, and strategic partners to expand services and visibility. Your leadership will support distinctive member/client experiences, talent development, and sound business practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor regional business development plans

Accelerate growth for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients





Strengthen relationships with regional Desjardins network partners

Apply standardized business development strategies and objectives

Encourage engagement in community activities and client events

Requirements

Related bachelor’s degree

At least nine years of relevant experience

CIRO registration as a Registered Representative

Designated Supervisor qualification through the IDSC

Advanced English and French knowledge for Quebec positions

Use strategic planning, relationship building, and wealth management leadership to advance Desjardins Private Wealth Management.
