Pro Account Sales Associates sell to industrial, commercial, and qualified customers while sharing knowledge across all store departments. You will prospect shoppers, clarify needs, create complete project sales, and maintain organized account profiles. The position reports to a Department Supervisor and includes sales floor duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Pursue new business on the sales floor for at least 25% of time
- Develop relationships with Pro customers and anticipate their needs
- Use questions, add-on selling,



and closing techniques
- Create quotes and process orders accurately
- Follow up on satisfaction and pursue future business

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of receiving experience
- Thorough knowledge of products across store departments
- Ability to lift and move heavy, bulky items
- Ability to climb ladders up to 16 feet
