As Manager, Business Management and Strategic Initiatives, you will connect performance management, strategic planning, and priority execution across Private Wealth Management. Partner with Finance, PWM lines of business, Wealth National Office, and enterprise teams. Translate financial results, business drivers, and emerging trends into recommendations for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recurring PWM business performance and P&L; reviews

Develop assumptions, scenarios, forecasts, and planning analysis

Track revenue, expenses, risks, and performance opportunities

Lead strategic initiative planning,



execution, and outcome tracking

Prepare executive recommendations, presentations, and decision materials

Requirements

7+ years of relevant business management or strategy experience

Solid financial and business acumen interpreting P&L; results

Comfort with financial models, quantitative analysis, and scenario planning

Excellent executive communication and presentation skills

Experience using AI, data, and analytical tools

Apply strategic thinking, P&L; expertise, and analytical judgment to advance TD Private Wealth Management priorities in Toronto.
