Pricing/ Purchasing Coordinator The Pricing Coordinator assists the Pricing/Procurement functions in day-to-day Operations.

The role reports to the Director of Pricing and works closely with the pricing and purchasing teams. Maintain and update pricing databases and systems with accurate information on product costs, discounts, rebates, freight charges, and other pricing factors. Monitor and analyze pricing data, market research, competitor activity, customer feedback, and internal reports to identify pricing opportunities and risks.

Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Nutrition, and Finance teams. Provide pricing guidance, recommendations, and support to internal and external customers as required. Implement pricing updates, adjustments, exceptions, and approvals in accordance with established pricing guidelines and policies.





Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding pricing terms and conditions, quotes, invoices, adjustments, and pricing inquiries.

Support

Purchasing and Pricing functions in day-to-day operations. A diploma in business, agriculture, or a related field an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and ERP systems (Especially D365) an asset. We are a financially solid and secure organization, a leader in animal nutrition.
