Position Summary

We are looking for those qualities and more for a Product Advisor position at Quesnel Toyota.

- This is a full-time position 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday. Saturday shifts are required.
- We offer a competitive compensation package with Extended Benefits after 3 months employment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a presentable appearance consistent with the position.
- Meet and greet all customers in a prompt and professional manner, this includes all phone interactions.
- Assist in customer vehicle selection and demonstration, assessing each customers wants and needs.
- Work with management with trade evaluations,



along with finance and lease number presentations.
- Present and explain the vehicle purchased to the customer during the vehicle delivery and follow up with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Organize paperwork and processes to maintain a consistent customer experience.
- Cultivate ongoing relationships with existing and future clients.

Education/Experience:
- Previous Automotive Sales experience is required.
- BC Driver’s License required.
- Strong organizational skills, an ability to multitask, and an attention to detail in their work.
- Basic computer, email, and internet skills.
