Summary This role will lead all technology related areas of the Notify Now product group within GTS – Digital and AI Servicing. This role provides technical leadership and delivery expertise to manage a wide range of high throughput mission critical customer facing assets including Unified Messaging Platform, Messaging Back Office, and Valet API. In addition, this role leads the development of technical solutions that adhere to enterprise architectural and technology delivery principles.

Provides deep technical leadership and development experience in end to end execution of product team solutions. Partners with business, project management and technology groups to effectively communicate technology decisions and drive business results, ensuring alignment with the organization’s Target Operating Model (TOM), technology roadmap and approach, and enterprise architecture/ technologies.

Customer The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge and experience with distributed systems, event streaming, a wide variety of platforms on Azure and VMC2, and knowledge of monitoring tools. Work closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet technical direction, requirements, budget, scalability and architectural goals, ensuring all risks and impacts are considered Leverage deep technology expertise to support in the creation and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions and help to support driving business outcomes Participate in business planning discussions and define the technology delivery approach,



and leverage synergies across the various teams and applications work with project managers and business partners as needed to efficiently and effectively resolve Work with partners across Technology and apply deep understanding of relevant business needs to identify and leverage synergies across the various areas and projects Anticipate internal/external business and regulatory issues; recommends process/product/organizational improvements Manage resource requirements and assignment, ensuring project milestones are met and monitoring to keep projects on schedule and within budget Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and elevate non-standard, high risk transactions / activities as necessary Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite Provide thought leadership and/ or industry knowledge for quality engineering best practices and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit; Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques Keep others informed and up-to-date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities Work collaboratively with the team and leadership to proactively identify and resolve issues related to product quality Lead Technical solutions at the Product Group level Deep expertise and knowledge of specific domain or broad range of experience in technology domains, including understanding of in-house and third-party architecture integration Advanced and highly specialized knowledge of TD applications, systems, networks, innovation, design activities, best practices, business / organization, Bank standards, regulatory and compliance standards, and may fulfill a governance role Expert technical skills and a strong understanding of the team’s product; technology and issues Participates in the development of business strategies Utilize subject matter expertise to introduce new technologies, or new versions of existing technologies, into the organization Experience with high volume streaming/kafka, Java,
