Design growth experiments at Tailscale as a Product Designer focused on activation, onboarding, and monetization in a fully distributed company.You will become the second designer on Tailscale’s cross-functional Product Growth team. Working with Product, UX Research, and Engineering, you will deliver minimum-viable solutions, learn from experiments, and maintain a high craft bar. The work supports self-serve, product-led SaaS growth.Key Responsibilities:

Draft product changes supporting existing growth initiativesParticipate in research, experimentation, and iterative feedback cyclesGenerate experiment ideas addressing friction through prototypingAdvocate for user needs through product recommendationsPartner with cross-functional teammates to define goals and measure impactRequirements:

Three to five-plus years of product design experienceExperience with onboarding, growth, or monetization designHands-on A/B testing and behavioral analytics experienceExperience with self-serve, product-led SaaS motionsDistributed, asynchronous work experienceBring product design, experimentation, prototyping, and growth experience to Tailscale’s Product Growth team in Canada.
