Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations, we are hiring a Product Launch Specialist,HealthTech SaaS to coordinate early access programs and support the successful launch of new features and solutions across OceanMD and Ocean Labs.

As our new Product Launch Specialist,HealthTech SaaS, you will develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, bringing together Product, Ocean Labs, Marketing, Business Development, and client-facing teams to ensure initiatives move forward smoothly. You will help establish consistent, repeatable processes that strengthen collaboration, keep projects on track, and support the successful introduction and adoption of new capabilities. This is a full time, hybrid role requiring two to three days per week in our Toronto office.

You are a highly organized, collaborative professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects and keeping people, priorities, and timelines aligned. You have experience coordinating projects, product launches, or client-facing initiatives within a SaaS environment, and you understand how to move initiatives forward when multiple teams and stakeholders are involved. You are comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams, managing competing priorities, and adapting plans as requirements evolve.

You combine strong project management skills with clear communication, curiosity, and a customer-focused approach. You take ownership, follow through on commitments, and are interested in how emerging technologies, including AI, are changing the way software is developed and delivered. You are flexible in accommodating occasional client meetings outside regular business hours to support healthcare providers.

You will play a direct role in bringing new digital healthcare solutions to market, helping physicians and healthcare providers adopt tools that simplify their workflows and improve patient care.



You will have the opportunity to take ownership of early access programs from planning through execution, bringing structure and consistency to how new features are introduced and tested. You will work across Product, Ocean Labs, Marketing, Business Development, and client-facing teams, building relationships and helping shape repeatable processes that improve collaboration, project delivery, and launch readiness.

You will gain broad exposure to the product development lifecycle, working at the intersection of technology, project management, and customer engagement. You will deepen your experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, working directly with healthcare professionals, and supporting the introduction of emerging technologies, including AI, while contributing to the evolution of digital healthcare. You will develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for new features and solutions across Ocean and Ocean Labs.

You will coordinate activities across teams, track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and keep initiatives moving forward from initial planning through launch. You will work closely with Product, Ocean Labs, Marketing, Business Development, and client-facing teams to align priorities, clarify responsibilities, and ensure everyone has the information and resources needed to deliver. You will facilitate meetings, communicate updates, and help resolve challenges as projects evolve.

You will coordinate client onboarding, demonstrations, check-ins, and feedback sessions, building relationships with healthcare providers participating in early access programs. You will share findings with Product and Ocean Labs teams to help refine new capabilities, improve the client experience, and inform broader launch decisions. You will coordinate with Marketing, Education and Training, and client-facing teams to ensure communications, training materials, and support resources are ready for new releases.

You will help track early adoption, identify gaps, and coordinate follow-up activities that support successful implementation. You will help establish consistent approaches to planning, tracking, and delivering early access programs and product launches. You have experience coordinating projects, product launches, client implementations,



or cross-functional initiatives within a B2B SaaS environment.

You understand how software products move from development through testing, launch, and adoption, and you can manage timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities while keeping projects on track. The project management skills. You have hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira to organize work, track progress, and coordinate activities across teams.

The communication and relationship-building skills. You are a clear, confident communicator who can engage directly with clients and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, adjusting plans as priorities evolve, and finding practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.

You are interested in emerging technologies, including AI, and how they are transforming software development and healthcare delivery.

Experience in healthcare technology is an asset, but not required.
