As a Bilingual Product Support Advisor, you are our clients’ first point of contact. Your mission: answer their requests, make follow-up calls, find solutions quickly and give them the best experience, from first contact to resolution.

If you’re energetic, curious and enjoy turning a complex problem into a positive customer experience, this role is for you!

YOUR ROLE

- Answer client calls, emails and requests quickly, with empathy and professionalism
- Escalate more complex requests to internal teams and follow up until they’re resolved, both internally and with clients
- Create and update support tickets and handle the related administrative tasks in our client portal
- Advise clients on web best practices and help them get the most out of our solutions
- Take part in team meetings and development sessions

What We’re Looking For

- Bilingualism (essential):



excellent spoken and written French and English
- Experience in customer service or technical support
- Energy and confidence on the phone
- Strong priority management, even when requests pile up
- Ability to explain technical concepts in easy terms
- Quick to learn new technologies
- Analytical mindset, organization, autonomy and team spirit
