Job Summary The Production Associate supports manufacturing and assembly work by preparing materials, using appropriate tools, and keeping the work area organized. This hands-on role contributes to steady production and helps colleagues keep tasks moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Prepare materials and components for manufacturing and assembly tasks, following work instructions and established procedures.
- Use hand tools and power tools appropriately to complete assigned production work and support basic equipment needs.
- Move, stage, and organize materials in production and warehouse areas; operate a forklift when qualified and authorized.
- Keep work areas orderly, check completed work for accuracy, and communicate material or equipment concerns to colleagues.

Skills Required:



Practical ability to follow instructions, handle materials carefully, use hand tools, and complete assembly tasks with attention to detail. Mechanical knowledge supports routine production work and recognizing equipment concerns. Preferred: Manufacturing or warehouse experience, familiarity with power tools, and forklift experience are advantageous. Pay: $19.25-$19.75 per hour
