IT Production Support Engineer

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive IT Production Support Engineer with robust experience in Cloud technologies (AWS) to manage, monitor, and support our critical business applications.

Responsibilities

- Provide L2 production support for business applications hosted on AWS platforms.
- Monitor infrastructure using cloud-native and third-party monitoring tools.
- Automate routine operational tasks using Python, Shell scripting, and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with development and cloud engineering teams to resolve incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Manage infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and automation using AWS CDK and CI/CD pipelines for release management.

Mandatory Skills





- AWS CDK (AWS Cloud Development Kit) – Expert level
- AWS Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Services – Expert level
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS platform, Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure
- Hands-on knowledge of Python, Shell scripting, and Power Automate
- Maintain and support BI tools such as Power BI and Cognos

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Copilot
- Exposure to AI/ML or Gen AI
- Familiarity with Cloudera and Axiom
- ITIL Certification or Incident/Problem Management exposure
