It’s a cross-trained position supporting both warehouse and production, where quality, safety, and problem-solving matter as much as speed. In a manufacturing environment, the right material in the right place at the right time makes the difference between smooth production and costly delays. By keeping inventory accurate, materials available, and shipments correct and on time, you’ll directly support our client's ability to deliver high-quality equipment to customers around the world.

You’ll receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, making sure quantities, documentation, and quality meet company requirements.



You’ll store and organize inventory so the warehouse runs efficiently and production always has what it needs. You’ll pick, stage, kit, and issue materials for manufacturing, assembly, and customer orders.

You’ll prepare, package, verify, and load outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with packaging requirements. You’ll perform receiving and pre-shipment quality checks, and flag damaged or non-conforming materials. You’ll work with the Production Coordinator and Supply Chain Specialist to resolve material, inventory, and shipment issues.

You’ll assist with annual inventory audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Most importantly, you’ll help maintain a clean, organized, and secure working environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards. Inventory records match what’s on the shelf Production has the materials it needs, when it needs them Damaged or non-conforming materials are caught and communicated early Safety and quality are part of everything you do Forklift certification is a plus You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in getting the details right.

You work well independently and as part of a team, and you’re comfortable reading and interpreting purchase orders, packing slips, work orders, and shipping documents. You’ll be especially successful if you bring experience in receiving, warehousing, inventory control, shipping, manufacturing, or production support.
