? Rate: $140-$145/hour

Are you a senior program leader with a proven track record delivering large-scale Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Transformation initiatives? We are seeking an experienced Program Director / Program Lead to oversee a portfolio of strategic real estate transformation programs with significant executive visibility, complex stakeholder landscapes, and substantial budgets.

Must-Have:

- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise programs, portfolios, or transformation initiatives
- Corporate Real Estate experience (Mandatory)
- 6+ years of experience delivering workplace transformation, office modernization, capital projects, or real estate portfolio optimization programs
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience working with external vendors, consultants, and delivery partners

Nice-to-Have:

- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 , or equivalent program/project management certification
- Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking , or highly regulated industries
