This Coordinator, Global Programs role provides operational support for initiatives advancing gender equality and strengthening feminist movements.

You will manage administrative processes, partner correspondence, events, and team workflows. The work spans Grantmaking, Finance, Communications, Philanthropy, and Strategy while supporting international gatherings and global partners.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare grant dockets, presentations, approval documents, and accurate records Track grantee engagement and direct incoming correspondence appropriately Coordinate schedules, travel, budgets, venues, registrations, and participant allowances Support procurement,



contracts, invoices, expenses, payments, and purchase orders Improve workflows and represent Global Programs in working groups Requirements: Experience in coordination, administration, project support, or operations Excellent written communication and skilled correspondence skills Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages considered assets Ability to learn digital tools, CRM platforms, and project systems Legal eligibility to work in Canada and travel availability Apply your coordination, communication, and operational skills to support global grantmaking and feminist programs from Canada remotely.
