SummaryThe Program Manager is responsible for managing ongoing client programs and ensuring that CellCarta delivers on time, within budget and in line with client expectations. Manage client projects and programs (multiple ongoing projects for the same client) from initiation to closure Ensure projects are delivered on time, within the budget and scope specified in contractual agreements Manage changes in project scope, timelines and budget Coordinate and engage internal resources for flawless project execution Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, serving as the primary client contact Develop project/program plans, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility Track progress against project plans and set review meetings/dates to ensure projects remain on target Intervene to resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions or interventions wherever gaps in projects or programs are identified Report and elevate to senior leadership as needed MSc in life sciences At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar client-facing/project management role Strong knowledge of techniques for planning and managing projects/programs in terms of scope, schedule and budget Excellent client management skills Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise and engage project teams to deliver as per contractual obligations Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written; the incumbentwill be required to interact with clients and colleaguesoutside Quebec, as well asread and draft documentation in English, as required by industry regulations Full-time position (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday during regular daytime business hours, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 1 day per week onsite Location:3650 St-Urbain Street, Montreal, QC, Canada, H2X 2P2 Competitive salary Telemedicine service and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Vacation and personal days We’re a global team of experts across eight facilities in five countries, united by a commitment to propel precision medicine and make a difference in the lives of patients around the world!Joining CellCarta means working with a team of dedicated professionals who are focused on achieving our mission to solve the scientific and operational barriers that hold back complex clinical programs, while being supported by a collaborative environment where expertise, curiosity, and contributions truly matter.
