What We're Looking For: We're looking for a Project & Content Manager to keep Anthem's client work running smoothly while leading our internal brand and social content.

This role is full-time and in-office (Edmonton, AB)

What You'll Do:

Project Management

- Oversee project requirements and manage timeline and project budgets
- Manage a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Manage project calendars and book meetings as required
- Lead client communications when it comes to running projects, including gathering information, coordinating meetings, facilitating revisions and overseeing project execution from start to end
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to design, develop and implement projects
- Deliver projects on-time and on-budget ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop and manage critical workflows for all Anthem service offerings and continuously explore innovations in AI that can automate and optimize how project management is done within agency
- Highlight areas of friction or redundancy in ongoing and future projects and act proactively to resolve issue
- Oversee and manage a project’s financial budget, notifying account director of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes

Internal Content Oversight & Management
- Plan and coordinate Anthem’s internal social content,



ranging from BTS studio moments and culture reels, to work highlights, design breakdowns and campaign wins
- Resource and manage the Anthem team (who are at your disposal) to build the creative and social content required to meet your content strategy plan
- Partner with project leads to document project journeys to develop website case studies and blogs

What You Bring:

- 2+ years of experience: You have experience managing projects or coordinating marketing campaigns. If you’ve worked (and enjoyed) agency life, that’s a major plus
- Passionate about social: You love content and building a brand, while you may not be the one creating it (or hey, maybe you are), you understand the value of good storytelling, digitally
- A healthy obsession with details: Deadlines don't get missed, budgets don't get blown, and nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. You light up when things are kept on track
- Great client relationship builder: You're comfortable running a meeting, reading the room, and making clients feel confident that their work is in good hands
- Transparent, no-fluff communication: You know how to write an email that gets straight to the point and can speak up in a room (or Zoom) with confidence
- Care for the work: You deeply care about doing good, meaningful work that makes our world better
- Edmonton-based: You live locally and want to collaborate with the team in-person at the studio
