Lead the delivery of enhancements to the complaints management system, including updated workflows and decision-making controlsCoordinate updates to customer-facing complaint correspondence to reflect revised regulatory requirements and complaint resolution processesEnsure appropriate senior-level review and approval mechanisms are embedded in the workflow before final decisions are communicated to customersManage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables to ensure regulatory readiness and successful executionEngage business, technology, compliance, legal, and other relevant stakeholders to define requirements and drive implementationRequirements

Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a large, regulated organization, preferably within financial servicesProven experience managing projects involving regulatory change, business process transformation, technology enhancements, or operational risk and complianceStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks,



delivery controls, and risk management practicesExperience working with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, legal, and risk stakeholdersAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of outcomes with minimal supervisionWhat's in it for you:
