Our client is a global real estate investment firm specializing in industrial and logistics properties and is seeking a Property Administrator to join its Property Management team. This is a full time opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative organization. This role is based in the West Island.

The role supports the day-to-day administration and operations of a national industrial and logistics portfolio, working closely with Property Managers, tenants, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Support the Property Management team across a Canada-wide portfolio of industrial and logistics properties
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, Property Managers and internal teams
- Maintain property files, contracts, insurance certificates, tenant records and vendor documentation
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, contracts, renewals and service requests
- Support invoice coding,



processing and expense administration
- Maintain building inspection records, utility documentation and property reports
- Track building deficiencies and completion of work, including administrative follow-up
- Prepare tenant communications, notices and property-related correspondence
- Assist with various property operations, administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
