Full time work reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.The Financial Controller oversees accounting operations for residential and commercial properties. This senior finance role manages reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

It also guides the Finance team while supporting senior leadership and the Board of Directors with accurate analysis and reports.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingComplete bank, payroll, and accounts payable reconciliationsCoordinate year-end working papers and external auditsManage cash flow forecasting, banking,



and trust accountingLead Finance team members and promote accountabilityRequirements:

Post-secondary education in Accounting or BusinessFive to seven years of accounting or finance experienceTwo to three years of supervisory experience requiredAdvanced Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word knowledgeProperty management experience preferred;
