Live- In PSW - Monday to Friday

Has a valid driver's license.

$900 weekly / cash ( $3600 monthly ) ,

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary
- Monitor patients’ health by taking vital signs, observing patient conditions, and reporting changes to healthcare professionals promptly
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking
- Administer medications accurately following care plans while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation duties
- Follow detailed care plans for residents with specific needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, or developmental disabilities

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is preferred




- Prior experience working as a PSW or caregiver in assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care settings
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring
- Certification or training in first aid and CPR; additional certifications related to dementia care or hospice care are advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when required
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges such as autism or memory care needs
