About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with experience supporting children and adolescents, particularly those who are neurodivergent.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeing an increase in male children and adolescents seeking mental health support. We are looking to expand our therapy team to meet this growing demand and provide accessible, developmentally appropriate, and individualized care.

The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with boys and adolescent males, building therapeutic rapport, and supporting their unique emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs.

This role requires weekday daytime availability, with evening and/or weekend availability considered a strong asset to accommodate family schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children and adolescents, including those with ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.
- Support a growing clientele of boys and adolescent males seeking mental health services.
- Help clients navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, social difficulties, and school-related concerns.




- Build strong therapeutic relationships using developmentally appropriate and client-centred approaches.
- Engage parents and caregivers as appropriate to support treatment goals and continuity of care.
- Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy.
- Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, and allied health professionals to coordinate integrated care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Deliver services virtually and/or in person based on client needs and clinic arrangements.

Qualifications

- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- Demonstrated clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
- Experience supporting boys and adolescent males with emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.
- Strong skills in therapeutic engagement, rapport-building, and developmentally appropriate interventions.
- Experience working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Weekday daytime availability; evening and/or weekend availability is an asset.
