Support additional learning and personal development as a part-time Pupil Support Assistant Level 2 with Fife Council in St Andrews. Work on-site under teacher supervision.

This temporary role supports children and young people requiring additional support. You will work individually, in classes, or small groups, contributing to planning reviews and supporting independence. The work includes personal care, medication procedures, mobility support, and specialist programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support pupils individually, in classes, or small groups
- Contribute information to individual planning and review processes
- Supervise medication self-administration following agreed training procedures
- Provide personal care and encourage self-help and independence




- Carry out speech, language, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy programmes

Requirements:
- Experience supporting young people with additional support needs
- Valuable interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
- Two National 5s, Standard Grades, O Grades, or equivalent
- Good IT skills and relevant education support qualifications
- Ability to register with SSSC within six months
