Position: QA Lead Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days onsite in a week) Key Responsibilities Own test strategy, planning, estimation, execution and release readiness. Lead functional, API, integration, regression and end-to-end testing. Define the appropriate balance of manual and automated testing.

Drive automation standards and integration with CI/CD pipelines. Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis and quality-risk discussions. Own test traceability, execution reporting and quality metrics using Jira/ALM or equivalent.

Mentor QA engineers while remaining technically hands-on. Partner with development, product, architecture and security teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.





Required Skills 10+ years experience in managing teams Strong QA/Test Engineering experience with end-to-end ownership. Strong knowledge of Java and API automation. Strong experience testing REST APIs, microservices and enterprise integrations.

Experience with functional, integration, regression, negative and E2E testing. Understanding of authentication, authorization, OAuth/OIDC and token/session testing.

Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing and production troubleshooting. Robust defect management, test planning, estimation and release-readiness experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor QA/automation engineers.
