Role: Qualitative Research Analyst (Remote) Location: Remote (Australia, Canada, UK, Ireland, Current Zealand, United States) Engagement Type: Hourly Contract Applicants must currently reside in Australia, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand or the United States.

Overview We are recruiting a Qualitative Research Analyst for AI projects. You will examine themes in qualitative evidence, compare evidence against defined questions, and prepare qualitative analyses with traceable evidence for review, keeping the evidence trail and open questions clear.

Key Responsibilities - Review transcripts, observation notes, and open-ended responses relevant to themes in qualitative evidence.

- Analyze themes, differences, and counterexamples across participants.
- Document source details, methods, context, and limitations for each finding.
- Prepare qualitative analyses with traceable evidence, linking conclusions to supporting evidence.




- Flag overbroad themes, lost context, or unsupported interpretations for further review.

Requirements - Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.

- Ability to analyze qualitative material and develop defensible themes.
- Ability to link themes to examples, counterexamples, and context.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.
- Previous qualitative analysis, thematic research, or user research experience is preferred.
