Overview
Join a leading general contractor specializing in downtown revitalization. Calgary is leading North America in transforming vacant commercial assets into up-to-date, high-density residential hubs through initiatives like the City of Calgary Downtown Office Conversion Program.

- Testing Oversight: Coordinate and witness critical field testing, including building envelope water testing, acoustic testing, and fire-separation inspections.
- Handover & Hand-off Records: Compile progress records, inspection reports, and municipal sign-offs to build a comprehensive quality tracking package for final project handover.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or a related trade.
