Job Opportunity: Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) – Independent Contractor

Our learning centre is seeking a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to provide clinical supervision and oversight for children receiving academic support and select ABA-based therapeutic services at our centre.

The role will involve supervising and supporting the implementation of individualized programming, providing clinical guidance to staff, monitoring client progress, and ensuring that behavioural strategies and interventions are implemented effectively and ethically.

Position Details

- Employment Type: Independent Contractor
- Hours: Approximately 2–3 hours per month to begin, with potential for growth as the centre expands.
- Location: 2904 South Sheridan way/ In home in Missisauga, Oakville, Milton/remote
- Start Date: Flexible

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight for children receiving ABA-based services.
- Support the development and review of individualized behavioural programming.




- Provide guidance and feedback to staff implementing academic and ABA programming.
- Monitor client progress and recommend program adjustments as needed.
- Support the implementation of evidence-based behavioural strategies.
- Collaborate with families and centre staff when required.

Qualifications:
- Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in good standing.
- Experience working with children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
- Experience supervising staff and overseeing ABA programming.
- Robust communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills.

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, knowledgeable, and passionate about supporting children's individual learning and developmental needs. Pay: $70.00-$90.00 per hour
