Birdie Indoor Golf Center is looking for a welcoming and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Server. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, manage reservations effectively, and assist with food and beverage service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and has a passion for hospitality.

Requirements:

- Valid work permit.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous.
- Outgoing and detail-oriented.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and upsell.
- Food Safe Level 1 and Serve It Right certificates are mandatory.
- Previous experience in making drinks or cocktails is preferred.
- Knowledge of golf is a plus.
- Candidates with social media promotion, video, and graphic design skills will be given priority.

Responsibilities:





- Use the online reservation system and handle incoming phone calls.
- Greet and seat guests warmly, and take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders promptly and ensure timely service.
- Able to solve minor issues with machines and equipment.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization at all times.

Store Hours (Summer): Monday: 12pm-12am

Tuesday: 12am-2am

Wednesday: 12am-2am

Thursday-Saturday: 9am-2am

Sunday: 9am-12am

Shift Schedule:

Must be available for late shifts until 2am.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
