We are hiring two (2) full-time receptionists to support our main receptionist during the upcoming tax season. The position starts January 12, 2027 and ends April 30, 2027.

Acting as the first point-of-contact to all clients and callers, the receptionist is responsible for greeting clients, answering/routing phone calls and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities

- Greeting and welcoming clients, in person or over the telephone; answering and referring inquiries
- Sorting and forwarding incoming faxes, mail, and emails
- Maintaining stock and availability of office supplies
- Maintaining a safe and clean reception area

Work Hours & Schedule

- Both are full-time positions (38 hours/week, Monday through Saturday)
- Monday - Friday shift needs are 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM and also 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturdays are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (both positions)

Note: We are flexible on how these shifts are shared - whether that means fixed morning/afternoon schedules or a weekly rotation.

Requirements

- Positive attitude, eager to provide a great client service experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Solid administrative skills including strong attention to detail, organization and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and exercise initiative and work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Qualifications

- Previous office experience is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
