Foodtastic is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to partner with Managers and Franchisees across BC, AB and SK to deliver a best-in-class guest experience and enforce brand standards. The ROM will lead audits, drive financial and performance metrics, and coach teams to close gaps while supporting new restaurant openings.The role requires 5 years in a multi-unit franchise restaurant, MAPAQ certification, robust leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
