As District Manager, you will lead growth and productivity across Wealth and Insurance. You will recruit talent, develop advisors and leaders, and collaborate with the Regional Vice President. The role also oversees Client experience, business results, and Financial Centre operations.

Key Responsibilities: Execute recruiting and sales power growth plans

Source advisor candidates through community referrals

Coach advisors and District leadership teams

Monitor targets and adjust activities accordingly

Oversee Financial Centre operations and effectiveness

Requirements: University degree and minimum five years’ progressive experience

Robust sales and business development skills

Expert regulatory, oversight, and compliance knowledge

Valid life insurance and mutual fund licenses

Completed Branch Manager’s Course Examination
