Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting good oral health practices on a permanent part-time basis. The RDH will work closely with the dentist and other staff members to deliver exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth
- Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and taking vital signs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits
- Assist in the application of fluoride treatments and sealants
- Take digital X-rays and assist with orthodontic procedures as needed




- Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent software
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience

- Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with Abeldent software is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial
