Family Life Psychology & Wellness is a private, multi-disciplinarian clinic whose main services are psychological; however, our goal is to provide exceptional integrative care to our clients. In order to best serve our clients and the towns of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and the surrounding Parkland area, we are looking to add two experienced Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) to our team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Registered and a member in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (required).
- Diploma in Massage Therapy with a minimum education level of 1,100 or 2,200 hours (required).
- Massage therapy experience: 2 years (preferred).
- Valid liability insurance.
- This job requires the applicant to be a confident self-starter, professional yet friendly, as well as providing trauma-informed care to clients with the ability to collaborate with other team members if the client has given informed consent.
- Preferred candidates are friendly, passionate to help others heal, have exceptional client handling and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Interested in improving your skill and committed to professional practice.

Responsibilities:





- Professional assessment concerning treatment and explaining treatment process
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized work space
- Keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
- Cleaning equipment, changing sheets for next client
- Accompanying clients to and from treatment rooms.
- Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services.
- Maintaining records and filing documentation (SOAP Notes)
- Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
