Overview

Therapy Grove is looking for a growth-oriented associate with a passion for couples and family therapy to join our hybrid practice, with in-person sessions held at 185 Young Street, Hamilton, with evening and weekend availability.

We value reflective, deliberate practice, clinical excellence, and direct, respectful communication. We’re looking for someone who welcomes feedback, reflects thoughtfully on their work, and is committed to growing as a therapist.

Requirements

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). RP and RP (Qualifying) applicants are welcome.
- Completed at least an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) externship.
- A robust interest in couples and family therapy, with a willingness to pursue further EFT training and or supervision.

A secondary clinical niche is welcome alongside your couples and family work.

What we offer

- Independent contractor position with a 60/40 split—60% to the associate.
- Referrals, furnished therapy space, and administrative support.
