Key Responsibilities

- Front Counter Registry Services: Process driver’s license renewals, vehicle registrations, driver abstracts, vision tests, and license applications and Alberta Health Care.
- Vital Statistics: Assist clients with marriage licenses, birth certificates, and legal name changes.
- Searches & Searches Management: Perform lien searches, land title searches, and corporate registry searches.
- Administrative & Cash Handling: Balance and reconcile daily transactions using registry software, manage incoming phone calls,



and schedule road tests.

What We Are Looking For

- Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
- Fast Learner: Ability to interpret and apply complex Alberta Registry policies and procedures.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating specialized registry software and daily computer tools.
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in data entry and strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma (required)
- Ability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays and Stat Holidays)
- Transparent criminal record check
- 1+ years of Alberta Registry Agent or office experience is preferred; training provided for the right candidate
