Support equipment reliability and project delivery in Vancouver while applying preventative maintenance and hands-on engineering skills. Travel is expected during initial training.The Reliability/Project Engineer supports the recent Vancouver distribution centre and existing operations.

Responsibilities include equipment monitoring, continuous improvement, project implementation, and operational immersion. The first four months include approximately one week monthly at facilities in Calgary and Oshawa for training and knowledge transfer.Key Responsibilities:

Check refrigeration equipment and complete necessary repairs or adjustmentsMonitor equipment and adjust operations to reduce utility costsDevelop preventative maintenance and emergency response programsLead project design, installation,



and commissioning activitiesAnalyze reliability patterns and facilitate continuous improvementRequirements:

Proven knowledge of refrigerated warehouse environmentsThree to five years of experience in similar rolesStrong organizational, communication, presentation, and report writing skillsProven performance in continuous improvement environmentsTechnical education or training preferred;
