The role

You call local business owners every day from our company softphone, find the ones losing customers, and book them into a call with our closing team. We provide the leads, the scripts, the tools and the training.

What you will offer

- Websites, on their own or with Google Ads running
- Google registration and visibility in AI search (ChatGPT and other AIs finding and recommending the business)
- Client Capture: every call and message answered, qualified, booked and followed up automatically
- AI voice receptionist
- Automatic review requests, appointment reminders, lead follow-up and customer re-engagement
- Instagram auto DM replies
- Custom CRM and dashboard, company apps, and internal workflow automation

What you need

- Real outbound calling experience (cold calling, SDR, telemarketing,



appointment setting)
- Confident, explicit phone voice in English
- Comfortable with rejection and high call volume
- Own laptop and reliable internet
- Based in the USA or Canada

How you are paid

This is a 100% commission, independent contractor role. There is no base salary and no hourly pay. You earn a high percentage (up to 25%) of every deal that closes from your bookings, plus a share of recurring monthly revenue. Commission tiers scale with deal size. Payment is made within five business days of the client's payment clearing.

Growth

Strong setters get promoted to Sales Executive (run the conversation and close), then Manager, then Head of Market.
