Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You'll manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and the narrative in client calls, acting as the strategic voice for campaigns.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, and agency exposure across multiple clients.
