Job Type: Full time Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for veterinary clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will shape budgets, the roadmap, and the narrative on why campaigns perform as they do.

You will manage 90‑day and quarterly plans, optimize bidding and targeting, and track conversions with GA4/Tag Manager. Strong English for live client calls is required.
