Renovation Carpenter – Bang On Construction

About Bang On Construction

Bang On Construction is a design-build renovation company based in Strathroy, serving London and the surrounding area. We do basement finishing, bathroom remodels, ADUs and full-home renovations, and we're known for craftsmanship, clean job sites, clear communication with clients and doing things the right way.

We're growing, and we're adding an experienced carpenter who can contribute from day one.

The Role

You'll work on one of our crews alongside a crew lead, on residential renovations from framing through finish. This is not an entry-level position: we're looking for someone with a few years in the trade who can take a task, run with it, and do it right without someone looking over their shoulder.

What You'll Do

- Frame walls, bulkheads and ceilings from plans and scope documents
- Hang drywall and tape/mud to a paint-ready finish
- Install LVP/laminate flooring, doors, casing, baseboard and trim
- Help with demo, insulation and vapour barrier, tile and painting as the job needs
- Keep the site clean, protected and protected (we work inside clients' homes)
- Communicate with your crew lead and project manager; log your time and work in our job app
- Help teach newer team members as you go

What You Bring

- 2–3+ years of residential renovation or carpentry experience (required)
- Confident on your own with framing, drywall and trim
- Flooring, taping, tile or finish carpentry experience is a strong plus




- Your own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to job sites in Strathroy, London and area (required)
- You show up on time, every day. Reliability matters more to us than anything else on this list.

The Honest Part Renovation work is physical: basements in January, sheets of drywall down the stairs, dust. We hold a high standard for quality and cleanliness, and we expect you to take pride in it too. If you want steady, year-round work with a company that's organized and runs on a plan, you'll fit in well here. If you're looking to coast, this isn't the place.

- $22–28/hr to start, based on your skills, with a clear skill-and-pay ladder and set reviews so you know exactly how to earn more
