Hockley Valley Resort's Rental Shop serves 75,000 guests each season, ensuring a top-tier ski and snowboard experience. We seek enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Ski Rental Shop Technicians. Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless rental process.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment.
- Promote rental services

Equipment Management

- Maintain accurate rental records.
- Inspect, clean, and service rental equipment for safety and performance.
- Assist in inventory management and shop operations.

Requirements

- Customer Focus:



Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance.
- Experience: Prior retail, rental, or customer service experience preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Ski/snowboard expertise is an asset.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
