Compensation & Advantages

- $25–$28 per hour, based on demonstrated performance and experience with Clearline.
- Fast advancement: Exceptional cleaners can earn $28/hour in as little as 3 months after joining, based on cleaning quality, time efficiency, reliability, and client satisfaction.
- Travel reimbursement: $0.73/km for eligible travel to and between cleaning appointments.

Responsibilities

- Perform standard residential cleaning, deep cleaning,



and recurring maintenance cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and thoroughly clean surfaces, fixtures, and floors.
- Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions to ensure consistent results.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients and the Clearline management team.
- Report any concerns, property damage, or unusual cleaning requirements promptly.
- Arrive punctually and maintain a professional, respectful attitude in clients' homes.

Requirements
- Previous professional residential cleaning experience strongly preferred.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence.
- Ability to provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Commercial general liability insurance, or willingness to obtain coverage before beginning assignments.
- Ability to complete a criminal background check.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
- Reliable communication and the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to perform residential cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, standing, and repetitive movement.

This is a flexible, part time independent contractor opportunity. Cleaning appointments are offered according to client demand, location, and your availability.

Both weekday and weekend availability are welcome. Recurring cleaning assignments may be available for contractors looking to establish a consistent schedule.

Hours are not guaranteed and may increase as Clearline continues to grow.
