We provide everything you need, including our carefully selected cleaning products and equipment. Who is Lathered?

We're a little like that funny best friend who walks into your home and opens your fridge before saying hello!

We take our work seriously, but we believe work should be enjoyable, too. We care deeply about our clients, our teammates and the homes we enter.

We're guided by four core values: P.A.C.S.

Positive Mindset

You bring positive energy, enthusiasm and an approachable attitude. You look for the good and contribute to a positive environment.

Accountability

You are dependable, take responsibility for your actions and do the right thing, even when it's difficult.

Solution-Driven

You think through challenges, communicate openly and look for solutions. You aren't afraid to speak up or ask for help when something needs attention.

These aren't just words on a wall. They're the standards we hold ourselves to every day.

Who are we looking for?

Must haves:

Reliable vehicle

Class 5 (or above) license

Able to obtain and pass a criminal record check

Experience is welcome, but it isn't required. Attitude, accountability and reliability matter more to us.

A little about the work

Residential cleaning is physically demanding. You'll spend most of your working day on your feet, with frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, stair use and repetitive cleaning movements.

You'll work in clients' homes and encounter a variety of household environments, other cleaning products, fragrances, and pets.

This is hands-on work that requires consistency, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to put in the effort.

Where we work

We currently service Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere and Strathmore.
