The Opportunity:

The Parks Division is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual who is a flexible team player for the position of Resource Maintenance Supervisor for Good Spirit Lake Provincial Park within the Parks division. Reporting to the Park Manager, this position is an integral member of the Park Management team and is responsible for park maintenance operations,

including: Utilizing your leading, coaching and performance management skills in the supervision of the park maintenance team; cultivating and building robust working relationships with contractors, suppliers, commercial lessees, stakeholders and other ministry staff.

Leading in-park projects, using your project and financial management knowledge and experience, including the oversight, costing, budget and quality control.

Ground and landscaping maintenance, including trail grooming, irrigation and vegetation management; Procurement and purchasing of equipment, parts and supplies; Managing and leading the park's preventative maintenance program on park infrastructure, equipment, and vehicles; Park water treatment plant and distribution, including oversight of the water treatment plant operations.
