This Business Development Manager leads opportunity development across Alberta’s highways, bridges, transit, utilities, water resources, and related infrastructure. The position partners with operations, estimating, engineering, legal, proposal teams, and leadership to assess fit and strengthen pursuit strategies. Full time work is based in Calgary.

Identify near-term and long-term Alberta pursuit opportunities

Gather client priorities, competitor intelligence, and delivery model insights

Coordinate scope, resources, commercial terms, and schedule considerations

Degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field

Understanding of major project delivery models
