Lead feed mill production through hands-on supervision, quality control, and daily operations coordination across office and mill environments.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager directs feed mill personnel and evaluates workflow. The position oversees production output, product quality, on-time deliveries, employee training, and regulatory compliance. It also maintains company policies, programs, procedures, and operating systems.Key Responsibilities: Direct, plan, coordinate, and participate in mill operationsSupervise, train, cross-train, and evaluate production personnelMaintain output, quality standards, and on-time deliveriesUpdate HACCP, GMP, safety programs, and SOPsCoordinate compliance, permits, audits, and certificationsRequirements: Two years of managerial experience in a production facilityOne year of logistics experienceKnowledge of feed mill operationsPost-secondary education or five years’ relevant feed mill experienceCommunication, organization, and cost-control skillsApply feed mill knowledge, production leadership, regulatory oversight, and hands-on management to daily plant performance.
