Brix + Barrel is looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Hostess to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional, and inviting attitude.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists while maintaining an organized and efficient seating flow.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries and reservations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the host stand and entrance.




- Provide knowledgeable and friendly service while creating a positive first impression of Brix + Barrel.
- Assist with additional front-of-house duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to remain calm, qualified, and efficient during busy service periods.
- A strong sense of teamwork and willingness to support the entire front-of-house team.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining our service standards.

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
