As a Restaurant Manager, you will:

-Address guests' concerns in a timely manner

-Train, Lead and manage team members, Team leads, Supervisors and Assistant Managers

-Assist with managing daily operations of the business

-Maintaining the business of high food quality and sanitization standards

- Responsible for inventory management
- Responsible for placing orders with suppliers based on sales and promotional trends.

-Ensure strict health and safety regulations are followed -Provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W; brand at all times

-Monitor team members' work performance

- Responsible for scheduling team members based on the forecast of future sales levels
- Responsible for maximizing the sales and profitability of the restaurant
- Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a QSR

-You have some restaurant and management experience - one year or more

-College or University Education is preferred but relevant experience will be entertained as well

- You must be computer literate

-Food handling certificate will be a definite asset Job Type: Full-time

Experience

- Restaurant Management: Must have at least 2 years experience in supervisory management in a similar capacity.
- Quick service Restaurant: Must have prior QSR fast food experience or experience in a similar capacity.
- Must have prior QSR drive thru experience

Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
